Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 bonelss chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
Marinade
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon SRIRACHA Hot Chili Sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 pinch Pepper
Peanut Sauce
- 2 tbsp healthy creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce more if needed
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon SRIRACHA Hot Chili Sauce
- 1/2 lime juice
- 1 bit water or chicken broth add a tiny bit at a time to thin out whatever you have

- In a mixing bowl add the marinade ingredients and mix to combine and then add in the chicken pieces and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Also, soak your skewers in warm water for 30 minutes before grilling so they won't burn.
- Next, mix the peanut sauce ingredients in a small mixing bowl and then transfer to a serving dish and set aside.
- Last, add the chicken piece to the skewers and spray a grill pan with biota cooking spray to make sure they don't stick and grill for about 3-4 minutes per side depending on the thickness and serve!
- These are a hit with both young and old for any party!! :)
