Easy Chicken Salad Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 store bought rotisserie chicken skin off and meat pulled off the bone
- 1/4 cup light mayo
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts chopped
- 1/2 loaf Ezekiel 7 grain sprouted bread or any healthy bread you like cut with circle cookie cutter
- salt and pepper

- So easy - just add the shredded chicken to a large mixing bowl and then add the mayo, celery, walnuts and some salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Next cut out your bread circles and top with the chicken salad and use a plastic toothpick to hold them together!
- I make these all the time when my girlfriends are coming over because they are easy, healthy and delicious! You can also add any toppings too like the tops of celery, or lettuce and cheese!
